Thanks for that. Could you edit together separate videos for the leading entries in the competition a compedium of how they did in each of the challenges?

Hi Bob,
That would be really cool, wouldn’t it? That’s the kind of data those of us on the ground wished we had as the competition went along. DARPA didn’t provide that kind of detail in the rankings. One of the teams had an informal tally going on a white board in their team garage during the competition. I went over there after the smoke cleared, but they had already packed up and gone home.
There is a fair amount of DARPA-provided video available at theroboticschallenge.org and darparoboticschallenge.org. That second site also has the final team standings.
Also, keep an eye on Aeon Film (http://aeon.co/film/) later in January/early February, where Mark will post a new, 7-15 minute video from the material we shot.
